Over the last several years, there have been a number of developments in Wisconsin law that have allowed significant changes to residential rental lease documents.  If these changes are not incorporated, owners and managers of residential rental property put themselves at a distinct disadvantage.  Our office stands ready to provide educational opportunities with regard to these new laws.  In addition, we are able to review your lease documents and addenda, and recommend changes in order to bring them into compliance with all current and applicable laws.  Our goal is to make sure that our clients’ lease documents include all protections allowed by law, and exclude any provisions that could become problematic or result in the lease being voided
